Controller-Property Management/Real Estate Controller

With a strong reputation for delivering excellence, our boutique team is expanding, and we're looking for a skilled Property Management/Real Estate Controller to join us. This is a hands-on role where you will play a critical part in overseeing the financial operations of our real estate portfolio. Role Overview: The Property Management/Real Estate Controller will manage the accounting and financial reporting for multiple real estate entities, with a particular focus on month-end and year-end close processes, job costing, and financial oversight. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in real estate and property management accounting, including construction and engineering experience. You will be managing a team of three and working directly with both the CFO and the Facilities and Leasing Manager to ensure smooth financial operations and strategic decision-making.
