ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Applies knowledge and expertise to develop a strategic vision and associated action plans delivering against it by partnering with vendors and internal digital/non-digital solution teams2. Defines and evangelizes the digital wealth or investment client strategy and uses data-driven insights to inform opportunities3. Manages digital vendor partner relationships and influences their product roadmaps to meet our client needs4. Collaborates with stakeholders and business partners to translate how omni capabilities and solutions can improve the client and teammate experiences while adding business value5. Ensures consistency throughout the digital experience aligning with Wealth and other LOB segment strategies including cross-channel/omni interactions6. Collaborate with business leaders and participate in decisions for the recommendation, selection and prioritization of product features, implementation approaches, vendors and processes7. Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve a range of product, client and technology issues8. Contribute to the continuous development of products and solutions including performing research, user testing, quality assurance checks and vendor relationship management9. Analyze metrics and prepare briefs, presentations and status reports and communicate as needed to key stakeholders10. Conduct industry research and competitive analyses and use the information to recommend product or marketing enhancements11. Support the creation and distribution of teammate training programs, communications, sales efforts and interface with internal and external marketing, branch and call center teammates to prepare sales scripts, manage sales processes, optimize sales opportunities, carry out follow up activities, and ensure business readiness for enhancements / changes to client facing digital experiences

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree2. Seven years of experience in the digital (web/mobile), eCommerce or eBusiness3. Three years of experience in leading cross-functional teams (indirectly or directly)4. Ability to solve problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents.5. Ability to communicate complex information simply6. Experience participating in technology initiatives. Strong problem-solving and partnership skills7. Multitasker, works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines8. Execution-oriented, and able to complete tasks independently but also is a good team player9. Excellent presentation skills and comfort presenting concepts and ideas clearly10. Comfort managing concurrent projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment11. Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans to resolve issues
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Three years of experience in financial services industry2. Five years of product management or sales experience3. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) and relevant professional designations (e.g., CFP)4. Technology/software product development project team experience5. Experience with processes and tools supporting Agile methodologies
