The Position
Develops market access and pricing strategies for Novo Nordisks Obesity, Diabetes and MASH therapeutic franchises with a primary focus on pipeline assets (Phase 1 through 12 months prior to launch). This role shapes market access and pricing assumptions, informs trial design and business decisions (e.g. device strategy, indication sequencing), and defines pre- and post-launch evidence generation to satisfy payer requirements. Translates payer perspectives into actionable go to market plans, partners cross-functionally to align strategy and forecasting and prepares executive briefings to support portfolio and go-to-market decisions.
Relationships
Reports to Senior Director of Obesity Diabetes & MASH Pipeline. Interacts frequently in collaboration with internal management and US and global cross-functional stakeholders.
Interacts with team representatives from Finance, Brands, Medical Affairs, HEOR, Commercial Pipeline, Field Sales, Account Management, Analytics, Investor Relations, Value Communication and Contracting Strategy colleagues across all franchises, and all others, including global colleagues/counterparts, on a routine basis.
Ensures strong collaboration across functions to strengthen pricing and market access assumptions and provides timely communication of insights to all relevant partners.
External relationships include interactions with managed markets customers (potentially including but not limited to payers, PBMs, employers, and organized customer groups), patient advocacy groups, key opinion leaders (KOLs), vendors and consultants.

Qualifications
The base compensation range for this position is $148,290 to $259,510. Base compensation is determined based on a number of factors. This position is also eligible for a company bonus based on individual and company performance.Novo Nordisk offers long-term incentive compensation and or company vehicles depending on the position's level or other company factors.Employees are also eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs including medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; employee assistance program; tuition reimbursement program; and voluntary benefits such as group legal, critical illness, identity theft protection, pet insurance and auto/home insurance.
