Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Supervise provider document indexing and batch review, including review of indexing quality and work towards process improvements. Must ensure timely processing within SLA and contractual obligations.- Supervise claim resolution processing, including review of claim data entry accuracy by outside vendor.- Supervise clerks in document review and prep, including wet signature comments and processing provider correspondence.- Required to review, reconcile and communicate data and decisions across systems and reporting.- Responsible for staff development and conducting one- on- one and team meetings.- Provide coaching and formal warnings as necessary.- Develop and train staff on job systems and functions.- Ensure compliance with company Wage & Hour policy, including ensuring non-exempt employees get the rest & meal breaks.- Comply with all company required policies, procedures and processes including but not limited to required training. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Pennsylvania residency required.- Pennsylvania Independent Enrollment Broker (PA IEB) or Pennsylvania Enrollment Assistance Program (PA EAP) experience preferred.- Must be willing and able to be onsite in Harrisburg, PA 2-3 times per week.- Previous experience in data entry desired.- Previous experience in document processing desired.- Previous supervisory experience highly preferred.- Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.Home Office Requirements:- Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net).- Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router.- Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.
