Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Coordinate internal and external communication and change processes, act as the primary point of contact.- Work with functional area directors/managers and subject matter experts to define specific change requirements.- Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements.- Increase effectiveness of project documentation such as reports and client communication.- Obtain status updates and resolve questions from operational areas.- Draft clear and comprehensive business process documentation to support operational activities.- Analyze and provide recommendations for internal process improvements.- Perform other duties as assigned by management. - Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.- Advanced degree or professional designation preferred. - Familiarity with the Florida Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) required.- Experience working with large datasets, including the ability to analyze trends and identify issues required.- Strong process-improvement mindset with the ability to identify gaps and provide clear, actionable recommendations.- Experience collaborating with community organizations, leadership teams, vendors, clients, and other key stakeholders required. - Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter without the need for micromanagement.- Florida residency required.- Must be willing and able to work a shift between 7:30am-7:30pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday-Friday. required Home Office Requirements:- Internet speed of 25mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net).- Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router.- Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.
