Waters Corporation is looking for a Principal Product Manager to join the Empower team and help shape how customers adopt and realize value from Empower in the cloud. In this role, you will translate customer and market insights into commercial offers, launch plans, and product priorities—balancing short-term revenue outcomes with the foundations of the next generation Empower product.
We’re searching for an experienced Product Manager who is customer-obsessed, metrics-driven, and skilled at influencing across pricing, marketing, sales, finance, engineering, and customer success. You will advocate for our users and for the business, and you’ll move with urgency while maintaining a high bar for quality and compliance in regulated environments.
