I. General Summary Under general direction, assumes a supervisory role for assigned UMMS Critical Care Transport team members and responsibility for daily operations of the team. Serves as a resource for questions and problem solving as appropriate. Identifies areas of improvement, cost savings and works with staff to facilitate the necessary changes.
