About the Role
The Editorial Engagement Assistant will support Springer Nature's Editor Engagement team by providing operational and administrative support. This role will have a strong focus on supporting our external editor reward programme. The Editor Engagement Team works to inform, engage and earn the loyalty of Springer Nature's community of over 100,000 Editors and Editorial Board Members, and to better motivate them to contribute to the development and running of the journals they serve. As Editorial Engagement Assistant you will support this goal by helping to facilitate our training, communications and reward programmes, and reporting on success.

US Annualized Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000. The salary offer may vary based on work experience, education, skill level and equity.
